The only Android phone that has repeatedly proven itself against all naysayers and comers is the Motorola Droid.

Droid Phone is a cut above the rest in actual construction. The design is solid and there are many stories of people that have actually gone as far as accidentally running over their phone and it remained in reasonable working order.

The DROID is an unusual phone, with a diametric departure from the smooth edges and beveled corners that are the current trend in phone design. It is heavy, but feels nicely solid to the touch as opposed to merely bulky and cumbersome.

The touch screen rivals the iPhone, and makes the first Blackberry Storm look silly. The Droid is just a tad thicker than the iPhone, though it is actually a bit narrower. The screen has a high resolution, which makes multimedia functionality quite impressive.

The CPU in the Motorola Droid is comparable to the iPhone and Palm Pre, and it is awesomely fast, particularly when playing 3D games on the device.

The front of the phone has the 3.7 inch touchscreen and four capacitive buttons on the bottom. There is a bit of the keyboard layer that juts out from under the screen. This odd design feature contains the microphone, but comes off looking like the top portion has shrunk.

Android 2.0 has tweaked the operating system in the area that is really the most important - the foundation. Everything works smoother and with significantly less problems.

It has the best display with the sharpest, most vivid colors I have ever seen on a phone. The aps pre-loaded, like Facebook, move quickly to and from, and everything seems to flow very well. Good interface.

The handset can be used worldwide with the presence of both 2G and 3G networking. Thus, avail the Motorola Droid deals and enjoy inexpensive interaction with your near and dear ones and that too with great offers of free gifts and incentives.
